Birch/Cliff Scrap (internationally designated under the official ISRI codes “Birch” and “Cliff”) represents standard No. 2 Copper Scrap. Sourced primarily from old electrical wiring, motor windings, and post-consumer plumbing tear-downs, this grade allows for surface oxidation, light coatings, and minor alloy contaminants.
